Mountain Bliss

Your Home Base for Glacier Country

A bedroom with a forest-themed wallpaper, displaying trees in a misty forest. The bed has white bedding with multiple pillows. To the left, a nightstand holds a digital clock showing 4:43 and a modern table lamp, with wooden logs used as decor.

Crafted for Montana

From the hand-harvested log beds to the original Montana artwork throughout, every detail of Mountain Bliss was chosen with intention. This isn't generic vacation rental decor — it's a home that feels like it belongs to the landscape outside.

About Mountain Bliss

Montana has a way of getting under your skin — and Mountain Bliss is the kind of place that makes you never want to leave.

This thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in a quiet Kalispell neighborhood sleeps up to 8 guests and is finished with a level of care and craft that sets it apart. Every bedroom features a custom log bed and log side tables hand-harvested from downed trees in a nearby forest, hand-peeled and handcrafted by a local Montana artisan. Each room is adorned with a nature-inspired mural, and throughout the home you'll find original artwork by local artists — elk, bears, buffalo — pieces that feel like Montana rather than just pictures of it.

The great room is the heart of the home — open plan, warm, and inviting. Settle into the leather chair with ottoman and nailhead finish, pull a throw blanket from the sofa, and let the natural gas fireplace do the rest. A 65-inch TV with streaming services and a full library of games, books, and magazines means rainy days are never a problem. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for real cooking — new appliances, everything you need, and a propane BBQ on the back deck for evenings outside. Coffee lovers will find complimentary coffee ready to brew, with a French press and kettle for tea. The dining table seats everyone comfortably — whether that's a family breakfast or a post-hike dinner.

Step through the sliding glass door off the great room onto the back deck — patio table, umbrella, string lights, BBQ, and a Thermocell mosquito device for good measure. Beyond the deck, the backyard is enormous, fully fenced, and faces other similarly large backyards. It's the kind of outdoor space that's genuinely rare in a vacation rental — perfect for kids, dogs, or simply doing nothing in the Montana sunshine.

Climate is handled throughout: a large mini-split system heats and cools the main living area, with individual wall heaters and quiet oscillating fans in each bedroom for personalized comfort. The natural gas fireplace adds warmth and ambience in cooler months.

This is a home that takes care of you. Come back from a long day on the trail, pour something cold, and remember why you came to Montana.

“This house was perfect! The beds and living areas were very comfortable, the kitchen well appointed and the back yard ideal for our 2 doggies. We also found the location very convenient for all of our outdoor activities to Whitehead and Glacier and close to great restaurants. We will be back!””
