The open main living area sets the tone immediately: soaring 24-foot vaulted ceilings, large picture windows framing unobstructed water and mountain views, and a clean modern coastal aesthetic throughout. A comfortable sofa bed in the living area sleeps up to two additional guests, making Ocean Bliss ideal for up to six. Every piece of furniture is new and every detail is considered.
Both bedrooms feature individual radiant heating, and quiet window air conditioning units keep the main living area comfortable in warmer months — so everyone stays at their preferred temperature year-round.
The home is built with ICF construction — 11 inches of insulated concrete — which means it stays remarkably quiet and well-regulated regardless of what the weather is doing outside. Coastal winds, jet activity from the nearby Whidbey Island Naval Air Station, and neighborhood noise are all significantly buffered. This is a genuinely peaceful place to sleep.
The beach is about 300 feet away at the edge of the neighborhood — perfect for morning walks, watching the tide come in, or simply doing nothing at all.
